No problem until a week ago. Now keeps reverting to 3g. Turned off/on & 4g for short time then back to 3g. Zip code 32615. What is the problem?
Have you tried reseating the SIM card? In other words, turn off the phone, remove the SIM card, wait a few minutes, then reinstall the SIM card, turn the phone back on, and allow the phone time to establish a fresh network connection.
