My LG Enact randomly has no signal in my house. How to fix?

My phone usually has two bars of service in my house, but a few minutes ago it had no signal at all. It still hasn't gotten a signal back and I can't send texts or call anyone without a signal. I tried restarting the phone and that didn't help. Any suggestions?

Help has arrived! What zip code are you experiencing these service issues in? Does the signal improve outdoors? Did this issue begin after any recent software updates or app downloads?

I did get one bar when I went out on my porch. The only recent change to my phone is that I blocked text messages from email addresses or websites as I was getting inappropriate messages. I am in zip code 30753 which is Trion, Ga but I am right on the city line of Lafayette, Ga. I usually get good service in Lafayette.
