Multiple threads on this subject. Doesn't work the way you think. There's more involved than just software. Go through all the other threads. Also FM radio(analog) is being phased out by the FCC. These radios will not work in the near future. Parts of Europe already already removed analog FM so FM radio is useless in those areas. Food for thought. Within 2 years I have a feeling it will happen here. FCC already started this 2 years ago.
It's already a done deal in many areas. Not worth the time or trouble.
