question about family base and 911 notification of both parents

recently,we,had,someone,call,911,on,one,of,our,phones.,,I,am,a,parent,and,was,not,notified,,but,my,wife,who,i,think,is,shown,as,account,owner,on,our,bill,was,notified,on,her,phone.,,We,want,to,be,sure,we,are,both,notified,immediately,on,our,phones.,,How,to,I,change,family,base,to,make,both,parents,get,the,notifications,for,a,911,call,by,someone,in,the,family,base?,I,look,everywhere,I,could,find,but,have,not,figured,it,out.,thanks

also I verified my wife received a text right away. we both should get the emails, but what controls the text. I talked with support but did not get a good answer at this point. Could it be based on who is primary account holder...that only they will get text, but other parent will only get email?

There used to be more flexibility for notifications. I called Verizon and they confirmed we lost some functionality. I used to have notifications sent to my wife, but now they only go to the primary account holder. This was changed in the past week. I used to get the phone number in data usage alerts (phone number ##### reached it's limit), but now it doesn't tell me who reached the limit. You have to login to the website to find out. Even more frustrating was the notification that said one of my lines dialed 911. It didn't tell me who, and I just pictured one of my family members in a terrible accident and the notification wouldn't tell me who it was. When I called Verizon and said I needed to know, they wanted to teach me how to find it on the website instead if helping me in my emergency. The bottom line is everyone needs to call Verizon to get this functionality back. I agree you have at least the option of notifying any/all account owners.
