I can upgrade next year but I can a device now. Iwould llike add device and suspend or change to low price plan my other device. Can I do that?

If I understand correctly, you'd like to know if you can get a different device on your line before your next upgrade. The answer is yes! As long as your next device is compatible with the Verizon Wireless network and is not restricted from being activated on your line (such as a device that's currently active on a different line or a device that's been placed on our negative list by the original owner). You've also mentioned your plan. Pricing is important to me, too. As to whether or not you can see lower costs, that depends on the plan you have now, and whether or not you're already at the lowest rate possible within that family.
