I tried to restart my phone this morning and it is now stuck at the red screen that says "Verizon". Any suggestions?
Remove the battery and let it sit powered off for a few minutes?
Have you rebooted? Does it do this each time you boot? Try holding the power button for several seconds to restart if stuck. Some Samsung Galaxy phones use the power+volume down.
Thank you for your reply - Nothing happens when I press power+volume up+home or power+volume down.
If that doesnt work, maybe a factory reset. Powered off: hold vol up+power+home key. Should boot into recovery mode. There you can reset the device. Unless you just have to do so right now, hold off, maybe someone with a better answer can chime in before you lose all your data on the phone.
Removing the battery worked - I have had this phone for over a year and didn't realize I could do that. Thank you Snn5!!
