I have this same issue on my Galaxy S6 Edge too. I've had the phone for just over a week and started getting this message the same day I got the phone. My wife got the same phone the same day and has never had this issue. She had to create a Goggle account where as I already had one. I am going to try changing my Google password and see if that makes a difference.
Does anybody have any other suggestions?
Same problem with two phones. Returned one and the new one is doing it but less frequent. I'm just gonna get a flip phone and be done with smart phones. Samsung guy tried three different things. No luck. Something to do with Knox application
I'm guessing he deleted the data and cache for Knox? You can try a factory reset if it's that new and haven't put too much time in adding photos and making it just how you like.
He disabled some Ignite application the second time and deleted some temporary files. After the third time I asked for new phone. It had the message within five minutes of being turned on and nothing bring logged into.
You could try deleting the cache and data for knox.
I was just chatting with Verizon support and he had me go into the Security & Protection app and clear data, clear cache and force stop (in that order) then restart my phone. It has been about 15 minutes now and the message hasn't came back. He said that if it does to let them know so they can research it's origin.
