Not sure if this is the correct forum. However, I believe there was an lg g4 deal that expired for free battery, charging cradle and 32GB card that expired on 6/30. Is anyone familiar?

I purchased an LG G4 and I'm sure I saw on Verizon's site that if purchased by 6/30 there was a deal to receive an extra battery, charging cradle and 32GB card and had to be redeemed by 7/14. Did anyone else see ?

LG won't honor the deal because they say it expired on 6/30 and I attempted to redeem on today 7/1.

Verizon said there was no such offer.

Am I losing it in my old age? Help please.
