Received message "Per subscriber request this phone does not take incoming calls" when calling friend. Does anyone know what this message means?
It sounds like the person you are trying to call has a block on incoming calls - perhaps temporary?
If the person you are calling is a T-mobile subscriber it can mean a number of things:
1. They missed paying a bill
2. Have prepaid and ran out of minutes
3. Have a spending limit account and it shuts off calling after a certain dollar amount has been reached
If not T-Mobile I'm sure it is for similar reasons.
