Voice Roaming Warning on Droid Maxx

I've been a Verizon customer for a few years now and just upgraded to the Maxx.  Everything seems to be working fine EXCEPT for the infamous Voice Roaming Warning that seems to have plagued several of you out there as well.

I'm not able to disable this warning and as far as I know I've never had this issue in the past.  Has anything been done about this yet beyond replacing the phone entirely?

I definitely understand how frustrating that can be. We want to make sure everything shows up the way it is supposed to on your phone. Does that only happen in certain places? DOes everything still work well when it does happen?
