I have 2 phones and one jetpack on same service at same house. recently the tow cell phones cannot receive or call from the house but have no interruption in jetpack/internet service. What is going on? zip code is 49639.

In the last two weeks our cell phones have been unable to receive or call out of our house which we have not had this problem before. even texts are not making it through half of the time. We have a jetpack in the same house and have not had issues with it. What is going on here? No updates have been done to either phone.

Try cycling Airplane mode on both of your phones, this will reacquire the network, or you can power down and remove the Sim card for a minute and reinstall - though because it's happening to both phones I don't think it's a faulty SIM.

If you are using Android make sure that you switch to LTE/CDMA instead of Global.

Yes both phones are androids but unable to locate the option.

Both are Samsungs. One is a Galaxy Core Prime and the other is a Galaxy III Mini. The phones use to work inside and immediately outside around the house until recently. We are dropping calls like crazy, those we are calling and receiving. We are using a jet-pack and are not experiencing any problems whatsoever with it. Sometimes our texts going out fails giving us a message stating "no network found".
