Every time I try to back up to the cloud I get a 4001 error I have a Sony Xperia. New just sit it up on Sat 6/13/15

Let's get you rolling with this new device! What cloud service are you trying to back up to? When trying to sync, are you using wifi or cellular service? With the cloud service, are you using a downloaded app to your phone?
