Edge discount on monthly bill

I've been on The Edge program since April 2014, and today saw that if you have the Edge program and the $75 single line you get $15 off your bill. I've spend over an hour looking and can't find anywhere on the web site who or how to contact about this discount. Any ideas?

I contacted them through chat. Mine was originally $15, but when I upgraded plans they bumped it up to $25.

It is listed right on the following page. The discount should be automatic if you are on Edge.
