LG G2 update

Since the latest update, my phone has been running like garbage. Very glitchy, is roaming where I wasn't roaming before, randomly turns on WiFi when I turn it off. Is there a way I can uninstall the update and go back to the previous version? Wife is saying the same of her S5 update.

The S5 was almost the worst update and the worst hit phone...so far.  The LGs had a much better time of it.  But, it all came down to how people updated.  Most who just accepted the update have issues.  Those who followed an unspoken, but should be advertised method, saw few if any issues.
