The lollipop upgrade should be called a sour ball downgrade. You have ruined my phone aND i hate all of the so called ltitle improvements. My battery life has turned my phone into a la d line because I have to keep it plugged in if I plan to use it more than a couple of hours. Haven't been able to watch one complete video on facebook without it shuttING down facebook or just feezing up the entire phone. I have to restart the phone every half hour because it just freezes. I am so disgusted and Verizon agent was sweet but had no idea what to do next. PLEASE, PLEASE insist that Samsung send out a fix or either just let us go back to KitKat. Please,please,please help.
