Every since I purchased a new Iphone 6 plus, I have been experiencing dropped calls. It has happened 4 times today. When I do get to talk to the recipient, it is garbled and has lots of static. Is the phone, a setting, or Verizon service?
Look in settings/Cellular
What does it say on Enable LTE? Data Only or Voice and Data?
Whatever it is switched to, try the other choice and see if that improves the calls for you.
'Enable LTE' is set to "Data Only'. I changed it to Voice & Data.
We will have to test to see if it works better.
