HTC ONE M8 unlock in HTCDEV Fail

Hi All:

I bought a secondhand htc one M8 (HTC6525L VW) from internet two days ago. And i do unlock in HTCdev, after all step finished i still got error message. That message told me, i needed to request for a help to ISP, i.e. verizon.

So would anyone know how to ask for help from verizon to unlock and s-off my phone? thanks!

We want to make sure everything on your phone is working great. What part of the phone are we trying to unlock? What are you wanting to do on the phone with this unlock?

I love Verizon phones. From thunder bolt 1&2 till htc one m8, I bought them and used very well.But I lived in Taiwan,and some programs I do not needed.I needed to remove them,and even tune the phone to be more effective.So that is the reason...I wish the Verizon would help me to solve the problem.thanks!

exactly what is the message it is giving you? Are you trying to unlock the bootloader, or the sim card?

I am trying to unlock the boot loader(by Firewater) and s-off(by htcdev website),but all failed.

I suggest you go to a different forum. Verizon or anyone here can help you with that. I suggest you look at XDA. I will tell you right now if you updated your device Firewater will not work for you. Also HTC Dev DOES NOT give you S-Off.
