I am in Germany. My home time zone is Central Daylight time. My clock in Germany shows 8 hour time difference. It should be 7. How do I fix this?
What phone do you have? Have you checked your Date and Time settings in Settings look at the top of phone slide the shade Down tap the wheel and then find Date and time..
Not sure of your phone model but on my Samsung note 3 I can hit the clock icon, then menu, then date and time, unchecked where it says automatic date and time. The time field should if you then click on that change it to the time you want.

I got a spinning Globe built into my One M8 that I can Tap that shows the time & temp. I think i can set other specifics as well..

Did you try unchecking Automatic Time Zone <> Look @ Select time Zone see what that offers if none of this helps you might wanna try a 3rd party clock in the Google Play Store..
