I need to find out how to pay a cancelation fee that was never paid. Sprint

told me that they would pay it but they never did... I believe i did one

payment and then i was unable to make any more because i forgot the id and

password... please help me.

Sprint doesn't pay the ETF, they reimburse you up to $350 per line when you trade in a phone and buy a phone with them. They send you a prepaid Visa card for the amount of the ETF, not a straight up $350 either.

And, of course, you have to do all of this in the right order and to the "T" for eligibility.

i didn't know that it was not paid. And when i found out i made a payment and forgot the information i needed to go back and keep paying it
