I am not receiving all my messages. When my friends text me from an iPhone, their messages don't come through on my droid phone. Also my droid turbo isn't turbo charging. How do I fix these issues?

Making sure you receive all of your messages is key to your service. I can certainly assist with getting this working again. How long have you had your Turbo? Did you have an iPhone prior to the Turbo? If so, did you unregister it from the iMessage service before getting your new device to ensure you can receive messages from iPhone users: http://apple.co/1QGk1Dn
Is the Turbo not charging using the charger that came with it? If so, how long is it taking it to charge (should be 4 hours total)? Just 15 minutes on the included charger provides 8 hours of standby charge.

It takes more than 4 hours to charge. Even with the charger it originally came with. The charger when plugged in to the droid, use to only take 15 minutes and the screen would say turbo charging. But now it doesn't. I turned off messenger but my text messages are still going to the iPhone whenever WiFi connection is available. What else can I do?
