My staff and I are working on an app that involves call forwarding. We only have one device on the Verizon network to test with. The device we are using is the Motorola Moto E (second generation) with 4G LTE. When testing the call forwarding application this device displays an informational screen prompting the user to select OK to start, initiate the call forwarding. the bold text below is from my IT staff asking the specific question.
call forwarding using *72 prompts alert to proceed further, is their way to call forward without alert prompt?
Basically what we are trying to determine, is this prompt screen standard across all of Verizon of is this unique to just the Moto E device. We have not seen this issue on Samsung, or LG on other networks. Also is there a work around method to call forward without this alert prompt?
