whenever I make or receive a call my signal goes to 1g and knocks me offline I cant talk and search info. I could on my razr's and my s3 what setting do I need to change?
Check to be sure your preferred network is set to LTE/CDMA, and not Global (sometimes it reverts to GLobal and that doesn't seem to work nearly as well).
Remove and reinsert the SIM card to reset the network, and see if that improves things.
You need to have Advanced Calling activated, and be in a LTE area for simultaneous voice and data, I believe.
It was the global setting wonder why the verizon store I got this phone
from didn't set it for me. .thank you
