calls do not ring

My and my wife's Moto Maxx phone sometimes doesn't ring with voice calls ? Seems to be random - doing a power cycle fixes

Let's get your Droid Maxx ringing again! I see you advised it appears to be random, but let's see what we can narrow down. How long has this been occurring for? Does it typically happen in a certain location or zip code? Have you added anything new to the devices recently? Please share a few more details. Thanks.

Trevor,

It's been happening for about 4 or 5 weeks.At first we thought maybe we had our ringer off or volume down. Realized a couple weeks ago that powering off gets it back. Tried firmware upgrade and it said it was up to date. Does not seem to be location dependent.
