Receiving calls from Iphone

I am not sure if it my husbands Droid Turbo that is the issue or my iPhone. Since he upgraded to the Droid Turbo he has been intermittently receiving my calls. This is concerning because we have a Verizon tower no more that 100 yards from our back door on the edge of our property. He can receive calls from other phones but only gets about half of mine. Any suggestions on how to proceed? We have already had his phone replaced once.

This certainly is concerning that he wouldn't receive your calls. I am more than happy to assist here. What zip code are you in? Does this only happen while indoors or does it happen away from home as well? What model iPhone do you have? Please share.

Thank you for you assistance. It is happening to my husbands Droid Turbo.

It happens whether he is are at home or away. I have an iPhone 5. I am

beginning to think that the issue is with my phone because he will receive

calls from other numbers but not mine. However if he turns force resets his

phone it will start to receive my calls so I am at a loss. Any and all help

would be appreciated.

Let's get this resolved for you. I want both of you to commute without any issues. Has anyone else told you they are not receiving your calls? Are you having issues receiving calls? When he does notice he is not receiving your calls are you in a particular area? Provide your zip to review your location.

We are having issues all over Ohio. From, Akron, Cleveland, Columbus and

beyond. We have finally come to the conclusion that it is in fact my

husband's Droid Turbo. There are many others that are having the same

issues (found that out through a long forum search). He has not received

calls from me or others (on other carriers) now as well. It is really sad

that we have had the really beautiful, expensive phone for about 2 and a

half months and we have already warranty replaced it once. It has become

evident that there is a software issue with this phone; however, no

correction in sight for it. If you can think of a way to FIX the issue

without the force shut down of the device, the removal and reinserting of

the SIM card or any of the other "trouble shooting" I would be interested

in that, as all the troubleshooting has been is a bandaid and not a very

good one. Please advise if there is an actual solution for this problem.

I am seriously saddened by this turn of events, for the first time in 13

years of service, I am seriously thinking of ending my contract with this

company as it is too important that I be able to get in touch with my

husband by something other than texting or leaving a voice mail.
