I'm all set!! Issue resolved itself. Shut my phone off for a couple of minutes and seems to be fine now.
If you're using the stock text app ... is your mobile data on? MMS will only send/receive over a mobile data connection (unless you're using Verizon Messages).
Yes, always has been on. This has only recently been an issue. I have a feeling it might be because of the size (30kb) that has trouble downloading.
Your download size very well could be your issue here. But I would now try clearing your app cache and if still not working do a system cache clear.
Mine started doing this Monday. I have it on WiFi and Data still says downloading. I cleared the cache for the apps. Any other suggestions?
You need to turn off the Wi- fi and just use mobile data as tikibar1 said. Also what app are you using and have you used different apps? You cleaned app cache but did you clear the main system cache yet? One other thing to do is a reset settings not a Factory data restore, then go back into settings to restore your personal settings and recheck those text settings for the app your using now.
