Is that even possible? When I was with Sprint I was able to talk to a Rep. through the website and was able to resolve my issue immediately. Is the only option to call them? If so what is their number?

Press #, then 6, then 0 when it asks for your number. EXISTING CUSTOMERS press 4, then say "Customer Service" then wait and enter last four of social security number.
