Unable to change password. Instructions say to check the box to show password, but the box is hidden under a window about which security setup to select.

What happens when we try to change the password without seeing it? What internet browser are we using when trying to change that? That information becomes editable only when the hotspot is off. In the 3G Mobile Hotspot settings, make sure the 3G Mobile Hotspot (Press to turn on) is not checked.
