Why come my review will not post

Why come my review will not post. I signed in with my account and my review for my Transpyre smartphone phone, pre-paid device will not post. Everytime I attempt to submit a review the system gives me a messages stated " submission currently unavailable". I have attempted more than numerous times since February, 2015. Thank you in advance for your responses.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience in submitting a post with your Prepaid device. I'm glad you were able to post that here! I'd like to ask if you had checked the amount of data remaining on your plan before posting, since that can play a factor. You may also want to clear the cache on your device to see if that is what is causing this to happen.

Hello Christina,

Sorry for the delay in my response. I have mainly tried to submit a review using my PC/Desktop only. I tried once using my phone device & I got the same response. I normally do not experience an issue with my data, I am positive that the level of data available at that time was not an problem. I do not think that clearing my cache would resolve my problem because the device is relatively new. I could be wrong and it is still good advice. I have contacted Customer Service for Pre-paid & spoke to a Supervisor. He recommended that I post my problem on this Community Forum. Thanks for your response. If further comments and/or suggestions are welcome.
