I am wanting to unlock the Samsung Stellar Model SCH-i200. I have contacted Verizon one agent on the phone instructed me that the phone doesn't need to be unlocked (found untrue by trying to insert a non-Verizon SIM and phone still doesn't work) the second I went in person to a store located in the Seth Child Common shopping center and the agent told me to contact Samsung. I have contacted Samsung and according to them Verizon is responsible for unlocking this device. According to the FCC regulations it is the responsibility of the carrier to unlock the device or inform me that the device can not be unlocked. Can any one help me to unlock this device? Please help I am losing hope that I can use this phone.
