Turn off 4G

Is there a way to turn off my 4G and use only 3G? My 4G LTE is horrible but my 3G works like a charm.

Great question bloom1979! This could be a possibility. What make/model phone do you have?

We would also like to speed things up with your 4G. What zip code are you in? Have you always had issues here? Does it fluctuate between 3g and 4g, what exactly happens? Is anyone else having the same issue?

Currently there is no way to use 3G only on Verizon phones. Some older ones can, but newer ones are unable to do anything other than LTE/CDMA, Global or perhaps LTE/CDMA/UMTS/GSM.
