i can't find my safari anywhere
is it possible i accidentally deleted it
if so, how do i get it back
app store wont let me download any internet

Do you mean you lost the icon for Safari? If that is the case you can go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Screen Layout. That will set all icons, including Safari, back to its default settings.
