trying to sign on to cloud and I get error code 4547
I can't tell you what the code error is but I would recomend you back up to Google and not the Verizon Cloud. Google is stable and easy to use.
To start your Google backup: Sign in toyour Google Account from your phone and do the following:
Go to Settings, Personal, Backup and reset,and. select both Backup my data and Automatic restore.
Go to Settings, Personal, Accounts &Sync,and select your Google account
Select all of the option boxes listed, toensure thatall available data is synced. After backing up your information, you will beable to set-up and sign in to your regular Google account from your any Androidphone and all of your information can be saved and transferred.
