I can not get my galaxy 4 to sync with the cloud. I get a message saying "Error Verizon Cloud has encountered an error. Please close application and try again (code 0). I have closed the application and tried again, I have force stopped the application, I have shut down and re-started the phone. How can I get my photos to ync? Thank you.
