The bluetooth also automatically conects and starts music on its own.
I had this problem with my note 3. After months of trying EVERYTHING, I found that taking off the back that had the nifty windowed cover and just using the plain back ended the problem! Seems it may have had something to do with the magnet in the cover. Hope this helps!
There are other forums on VZW's site here with the same issue along with many others on the Internet. Contact Samsung support they are saying they haven't heard of this issue. It seems to be Car Bluetooth connections and it seems to be many different brands of cars. I would say they have a bug in the code on the phones. I have had my S6 for three days it just keeps connecting and disconnecting from the bluetooth in the car. It seems it doesn't have issues with a headset.
I use a jabra hands free speaker device and I had no problem with my galaxy s4 but s6 constantly disconnects even while in use. Also while playing Pandora the volume will turn all the way down ony phone and I won't be able to hear it. I'm not sure what is going on with this phone but I'm not to happy with it.

We definitely want to see you having a great experience with your device. Have you tested out other bluetooth devices? What types of errors are you getting?
