Why won't my Galaxy S5 save pictures to my SD card?

Also, I cannot delete pictures from the SD card permanently. And recently, I have been getting the 'SD card removed unexpectedly' error followed by the 'preparing SD card' notification. This is ridiculous. This SD card has work for every phone I've had, including the last 2 Samsung phones.

Unfortunately things don't. That's a good long time for an SD card to be in constant play or stand by play. You could do a little research, with the new phones there are ample suggestions on the type of SD card you could use.

How long have you had that SD card?

I've had the SD card for probably 3-4 years. I'm guessing nothing is made

to last anymore these days, including technology and hardware. Thanks for

Thank you. I will look into it. Luckily I should be able to transfer all

current pictures and videos from it to another storage.
