Has anyone had trouble pulling up a WiFi log-in page with the moto X second generation?

I've had my Moto X for a week now. I have no problem connecting to wi-fi at home or other businesses that offer it. However, I cannot get the log-in page for the wi-fi to pull up when I am at work. My phone will state that it's connected to the wi-fi network, but it will not pull up the log-in page for the network. I don't get an error message...I just get a blank page. The wi-fi symbol & the bars symbol both have exclamation marks next to them when I get to work as well. Any help would be appreciated!

Check with your IT person at work to see if the net is open and what passphrase or password is needed? They will be able to set you up with the LAN/WAN system.

I already have that info. The problem is that my phone will not pull up the log-in page for me to enter the password.

Try doing a system clear wipe and the reboot to see if your phone sees the needed information and displays the log-in page.

I already restored my phone once. Nothing changed.
