phone won't call or text after system update

After I completed the system update my 4G LTE will not text send or receive calls. Internet is still working and in settings is displayed as in service

Oh my! That's definitely a concern for us Dainese. We want you to receive calls and messages. Let's get to work and resolve this. What make and model phone? Did you recently change your number or other changes to the phone/account? What is the error message you get when you try to send/receive text and calls?

When I dial a number it ends the call immediately, and no calls are coming in. As far as texts, it just says message failed, asks if I want to retry. This phone is made for the battery to NOT remove, so I can't try that.

The G3 has a removable battery. The G2 does not.
