When I select Settings/ Software Update / Check New on hubby's phone, absolutely nothing happens. My phone immediately comes back with a status message...but his does nothing. When I select Status on his, the last attempt to update software was 1/27/15. What can we do to fix this so it will update or at least be able to try and manual update using the Check New screen. Thanks!
