Why does my Message+ app not send pictures? I have cleared all of the cache's and it still doesn't work. When I uninstall the updates for it it still doesn't work. The regular texting app works sending pictures though.
As long as Mobile Data or WiFi are available and connected, pictures should send. Do you have a good connection to either?
yes, I have 4G and full WiFi connection.
You might try to completely uninstall, then run any cache cleaning app you have or wipe cache from boot screen, then reboot and reinstall the Verizon app.
What phone are you using?
S5. I can receive pictures just fine, but sending them never goes through. When I uninstall the updates for it(can't completely uninstall the app) i get the pop-up saying that the app has stopped working.

I never used it until the lollipop update messed up the regular texting app
