how do i change my sound settings from complete this action from always to just once

I accidently selected always instead of just once on how I wanted to complete an action concerning my ringtones

You can go to settings-app manager-menu-reset app defaults, or you can go to the one app you accidentally set as default for sound and clear it as a default by going to your app manager and scrolling to that app, tap it, clear default.
