Got excited about update. Spent four hours trying to ask Verizon this one simple question. Great to find this blog. Trouble with getting any response from Verizon puts me right on the verge of going to AT@t and an I phone. Support is that they have no way for a person to ask them a twenty second question but push it off to us...great to join you guys.
Just reading blogs helped me more than Verizon. Aren't they noble for calling support their customers talking to each other?
No upgrade, no support, except from whoever of you respond to this.
Got my phone from a long-time verizon exec who is a member of our family who makes lots of money for them. Wow!
What about the update? One blog says mad because did not come through...another said it completely screwed up his phone. Should I forget it and leave well enough alone?
