lollipop up date vs M8

Ever since I updated to the new lollipop Op system My Verizon Mobile will not open and my text msg key pad will not show up or it just diverts back to my home screen. Fix? I have already done a factory restart and all that did was waste my time.

That's not good! Software updates should improve the device. Thanks for the hard work, What happens when you attempt to open the MyVZW application? Are you using the standard text message keyboard or a third party keyboard?
