I requested to have activity stopped on my account accept for my own number [removed] which is my primary number..  I know I will be billed but there is a person that has taken my account information and accessing it.  not just you verizon but with my internet and cable..  please help stop this.  which I thought we did. I need to be the only person allowed to contact you
