Can I get a copy of a transcript of a deleted text from verizon?
If you're referring to getting a copy of a deleted text from VzW ... Verizon only has the last 10 days' or so worth of text messages and to get a copy of the messages, you'd need a court order.
Are you speaking about Live Chat transcripts? I used to get those, now after requesting a copy be sent via email to me from the selection button and email-entering box followed by clicking the End Chat button to send, I never do. I don't think it has anything to do with the rep having the ability to block the request or not, nor does it have anything to do with whether a customer had a "good" chat or an "overly excited/aggressive" chat.
