So, I've spent almost all day, trying to get someone on either the chat or phone to answer me one simple question.
Why is it that when I go into Shop, Inside of my account, to view a plan upgrade in the More everything plan, and "Build my plan" for 2 smart phones and 1 basic and 10 Gigs of data, I get a price of $200.00 on the More Everything but a price of $145.00 on the Edge plan?? NOW WAIT, IT GETS BETTER!!
From this page I go Directly to the Edge plan, through the Shop tab, and view that page!! As soon as its loaded, and I've looked at it, I hit the back arrow in the upper left corner, and it takes me back to the More Everything page I was on the first time. THEN, I have to input my "Build your Plan" info AGAIN, so I put in 2 smart phones and 1 Basic, with 10 gigs of data. NOW HERE is where it gets good!! The price for my plan, THIS TIME is $150.00 and the Edge plan is $135.00!!
So, I go to the tab at the bottom and say I want to Change my plan to this one, and it sends me into an endless series of loops that have my two smart phones one basic and 500mb of Data!! And it will NOT let me Edit the data!!
I have been a loyal customer since 2001, but you guys are trying my patients!! Are you running some kind of scam here?? You send me a letter telling me I can GREATLY SAVE from the plan I am on now, yet when I get a price I want, you DO NOT hold up your end!!
I am seriously beginning to wonder if you want me as a customer anymore, and if this isn't resolved in the coming day, I might have to look into other options!!
