My Note 4 doesn't work when I'm connected to automated menus. When I enter strings of numbers like account numbers or credit card numbers, the aotomated system doesn't detect my keypad input.
I have found many other posts around the net about this problem. I have tried not using speakerphone, and setting the DT-whatever setting to "Long". Neither worked.
You'd think Samsung would have debugged this before releasing the software.
Anyway, how to troubleshoot this incredibly frustrating problem?
