If a phone is covered under warranty, why do I have to wait a few days to get another one? I can't believe the store doesn't have an S5 in inventory.
Why couldn't this problem be handled at the store? I had to call customer service to get it handled.
Why when I call customer service, did I randomly get chosen for some offers? Offers that required me to press 1 to accept or # to cancel, and after 5 or 6 offers, one asked me to press Star, and then told me to hang up. 4-5 minutes on a call and then it forced me to hang up.
Why when I call customer service and it recognized I had called before, giving me the option to discuss an issue with them that they should be aware of, was I forced to hang up because no reps were available? This one really bothers me.
When I signed up with Verizon over 15 years ago, I loved it. They always treated me well, but I paid for it. Verizon was the most expensive of the cell services, but I always believed you get what you pay for. Until about 2 years ago.
I occasionally feel like a valued customer today, but I find myself more and more often feeling like an atm machine to them. I'm still paying a god awful amount to verizon, but the customer service has been lacking. I'm so pissed, I'm ready to pay all contract breakage fees and leave.
Is there a special number to call verizon and get the contract breakage fees, with the least amount automated operator, no hold time and no chance of being offered any offers?
