My media purchase

I got a text saying a purchase was made in "my media"..... First, that's not possible, I'm the only one that can do such...... Second, where do I find " my media" to see what it is, if there is a purchase put on my account by some kind of glitch or mistake by Verizon???

I've looked everywhere...... Can you tell me where my media is please?

I've looked from my phone and tablet and can't find anything. But it is funny how they're both saying they don't recognize either device when that's the only devices I ever use!!!
