Noticed my camera this morning is not working properly. The front facing camera is fine, but the rear camera is distorted, looks like rippling water, and has static coming from the speakers when opened in any app. Is this an update issue, or am I the only person experiencing this?

Your camera should be up and running properly. Certainly updates should improve the device, not ruin any function. Do you see the same when an image or video is captured? Is there any damage to the camera lens or did the phone receive an impact that would have damage the camera?
