Added International Voice and Data plan and it worked the first few days in Australia but now my internet no longer works.

I cannot use the internet on my phone.  I paid an extra $85 for a plan to allow me to use Data in Australia.  It worked for a few days and now NOTHING.  I am currently connected to the Telstra Network.  I can call out and I think I can text.
